Learn your Interlude
Unpacking
1 Place the machine on the table or
cabinet, remove the packaging and
lift off the carrying case.
2 Remove the side parts of the
packing material, the foot control
and fi nally the protection cover.
3 The machine is delivered with an
accessory bag, a main cord and a
foot control cord.
4 Wipe the machine, particularly
around the needle and needle plate
to remove any soil before sewing.
Packing Away After Sewing
1 Press the power switch to turn off the
machine.
2 Unplug the cord from the wall socket
rst and then from the machine.
3 Wind the main cord around your
hand and place the cord in the
pocket of the hard cover.
4 Unplug the foot control cord from the
machine. Wind the foot control cord
around your hand and place it in the
space of the foot control.
5 Check to ensure that all accessories
are in the accessory tray. Slide the
tray on to the machine around the
free arm.
6 Place the foot control, with the
underside towards you, fi tting into
the recess of the accessory tray at the
rear side of the machine.
